The Trek to the River

 

They started to the river with the dredge.  Dave rigged their little trailer to carry the dredge.  This wasn’t an easy task and even with the river only 1000’ it took about 1 ½ hours to get everything to the river.  George is showing all the brush they had to go through.  He said the brush is so thick you wouldn't know if you stepped on a bear.  They can always tell when a bear is close he said because they have a musty smell.
